Sevag Ajemian

President & CEO
Sevag Ajemian is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Globanet. Sevag founded Globanet in 1996 and lead it to become the premier provider software products and services to enhance digital archives, archiving, ediscovery and compliance processes. Prior to Globanet, Sevag spent years managing large email systems and email migrations for companies such as Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Barclays & HBO. Sevag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Outside of his technology career Sevag is passionate about climate change issues and real estate development. Sevag is married and has two children.

Ramin Yazdi

Chief Technology Officer
Ramin Yazdi is the Chief Technology Officer at Globanet where he is responsible for the design, direction, and overall vision of Globanet’s products and product department. Ramin has been a licensed attorney for over 20 years which allows him to leverage his knowledge and experience in the legal profession in technology projects that have significant overlap with legal issues. Before Globanet, Ramin has served in various roles within the software development industry with an emphasis on financial, entertainment, IT systems management, e-commerce, and social networking applications.

Marian Ranasinghe

Vice President of Finance
Marian Ranasinghe is the Vice President of Finance at Globanet, where she oversees the overall financial health of the organization and responsible for administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. Marian also conducts an analysis of financial data and report findings and provide leadership, expertise, and professional advice to the CEO on financial matters to ensure business strategy. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Sam Elbeck

Vice President of Business Development and Alliances
Sam Elbeck is the Vice President of Business Development at Globanet where he is responsible for strategic alliances, international growth and strategic initiatives. Sam is focused on building mutually beneficial relationships using cutting edge technologies to solve our customer’s business challenges. He has run many different teams on both the technical and business side throughout his career which has helped countless organizations he has worked for become leaders in their respective space. Sam has deep knowledge in regulated industries and speaks regularly at forums and events related to compliance, archiving and eDiscovery. Sam carries an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Victor Villegas

Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Victor Villegas brings over 20 years of technology experience to his role as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Globanet. Victor oversees Globanet’s go-to-market strategy as well as leading the marketing and sales departments to ensure profitability and successful customer experience. A results-driven professional, Victor focuses on driving revenue and profitability along with building strong relationships within the regulated industries. Victor received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of the office, Victor is a competitive tennis player and avid fan.

Ni Ni Yarmo

Sr. Director of Product
Ni Ni is the Senior Director of Globanet’s Product Department where she is responsible for the day to day operation and delivery of Globanet’s products and global technical support. With over 32 years of corporate legal and compliance management technology solutions expertise, Ni Ni has gained in-depth experience with the overall technology needs of the Legal and compliance industry. Before joining Globanet in 2013, Ni Ni has held various positions in professional services, SaaS solutions, technical support and related fields.  Ni Ni holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from California State University, Los Angeles.

Araz Araradian

Sr. Director of Professional Services
Araz Araradian is the Senior Director of Professional Services at Globanet overseeing the successful implementation and completion of projects and professional services. Araz is an accomplished Product and Project Management professional with extensive experience in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects/products, product development, and software services programs worldwide. Araz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California.

Jacklin Vitullo

Director of Human Resources
Jacklin Vitullo is the Director of Human Resources who has designed and executed the HR framework since Globanet’s inception. She is responsible for developing Globanet’s robust benefit package and various other policies and processes. Jacklin received her Human Resources Management certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles and prior to that, her Bachelor of Science in General Finance from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of both PHIRA and SHRM. Outside of her work, Jacklin is an avid volunteer for the Armenia Tree Project and a lifetime member of the Armenia International Women’s Association.
