For those requiring different
reports than what is available out of the box, Globanet has developed a
specialty in producing custom EV reports.
Some recent examples are:
- Report defining retention categories in use
and amount of data stored for each category on a per-mailbox archive basis
- Report to provide early warning when archived
files are approaching retention expiry to noticy owners so action can be taken
if necessary
- Report to provide information on count of assets
that are a search “hit” in Discovery Accelerator for a particular search term,
and a percentage of those “hits” that also contained in another search term
